Training Options
1:1 Training
60 minute private session
During a 60-minute private training session, your personal trainer will assess your current fitness level, discuss your goals, and design a personalized program that is tailored to your needs. Your trainer will also provide one-on-one instruction and guidance as you work through your program.
A 60-minute private training session can include a variety of activities, such as resistance training, core exercises, cardiovascular exercises, and stretching. Your trainer can also provide motivation, support, and feedback to help you stay on track and stay motivated.

Small Group Training
60 minute session for 2-3 people
Training in a small group of up to 3 people with a personal trainer is a great way to get fit and have fun. With a personal trainer, you get one-on-one attention and instruction, but you also get the camaraderie and motivation of a group setting.

We will work hard to make sure everyone gets enough personal attention while training as part of a small group.

Group Fitness Class

From time to time we do offer Group Fitness Classes at our gym. We have certifications from ACE in Group Fitness and AFFA in Cycling Instruction. These classes will vary in time and intensity from Beginner to Advanced.
